I had an amazing stay at Splendid Pearlight Hanoi. The location was perfect, just steps away from St. Joseph's Cathedral and close to many tourist spots. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, truly making my experience nice. However, the room I initially booked was not cleaned to my expectations, which was a bit disappointing. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and central location! ☀️✨

My stay at Splendid Pearlight Hanoi was mixed. While the location was excellent, putting me right in the heart of the Old Quarter, I encountered serious issues with the booking process. The staff were generally helpful, but my experience with the hotel manager was quite distressing due to a troubling misunderstanding about the reservation. 🏨
